- Any contract over $5,000 shall have at least two bids.
- Any contract over $20,000 shall have at least three bids
- Bids from members will be given a preferred status by being ‘discounted’ by 10%
(Example: A $10,000 bid would be compared to others at $9,000, but still contracted at the proposed $10,000). - Work shall be compensated at the contractor’s current professional rate.
- No one shall volunteer more than $1,000 worth of work within their own profession.
